10 Reasons You Can’t Lose Weight

1. Do you always eat healthy/clean? Eating healthy foods and avoiding junk food, processed food or excess sugar is so important. Many people don’t realize that diet is actually more important than exercise when trying to lose weight. I know it takes more work and effort to cook/prepare from fresh foods rather than from a box, can or drive thru. But it could be the difference between staying the same weight and losing weight.
