I have found that one of the best things I can do for my body each day is to drink a glass of warm lemon water before I do anything else. I even drink it BEFORE I put my beloved coffee to my lips! That should tell you something.

Drinking lemon water has many health benefits, but for me,  the most important is how it helps flush out my liver, which is the body’s filter. By flushing your liver, it gives it the opportunity to work at an optimal level to remove toxins. Other benefits include proper kidney and digestive tract function.

This last year I researched a lot about training for proper posture and prevent Shoulder Injuries. My shoulders are slouched forward due to scoliosis, thus my chest muscles shorten and my Upper Back muscles get stretched. This caused me not only Upper Back but also Neck Pain.
