You know one of the questions that I get asked most often here on Tone and Tighten is some variation of “how can I lose weight?”. Emails that I have received the most include:

“I have these 5-10 extra pounds hanging around after my last pregnancy that I can’t get rid of. Can you help me?”

“I would love to tone up my __________ (insert body part here!).”


“I know that I really need to lose weight. I’ve tried other things in the past that didn’t work. Can you help me?”
