While few things make me feel as good as a 5 mile run with my favorite workout songs blasting in my ears, I recently started to scale back on my sessions on the treadmill so I can incorporate some resistance training into my weekly exercise schedule in hopes that I can finally get the toned body I’ve always longed for.
I started by doing this arm workout every single night, and after seeing a noticeable decrease in the jiggle of my biceps, I started to incorporate a few ab exercises into my daily routine as well, and before I knew it, I was attending weight training sessions at my gym 3 times a week.
