7 Days Workout Plan to Longer and Leaner Legs

The best thing that can happen to a woman is get in her favorite jeans, stand up straight in front of the mirror and be satisfied like she was never before. Unfortunately, that doesn’t happen a lot because of many reasons. First, women are not satisfied of how they look most of the time, and the second reason is that some women really need to workout to fix that picture from the mirror. Thank God, we have a solution for this problem, so we will tell you the 7 days workout plan to longer and leaner legs that will make you never wish to take off your favorite pair of jeans!

The rules are:

  • You should complete each exercise in the circuit in order.
  • You need to repeat the circuit for 7 minutes
  • Rest for 60 seconds
  • And then repeat the 7 minute circuit again
