You don’t need to go to a gym to do exercises for real weight loss.

That’s right. Gyms are great, if you’re that type of person. I belong to a gym – now – but when I was overweight I’d just assume die before I set foot inside a gym to actually workout. In fact, when I began my weight loss journey I not only avoided the gym at all costs, I followed an extreme example of the KISS method (keep it simple, stupid) and just walked.
